Each aspect of HWCC’s new D365 System, grouped by the differing departments using it, was delivered in an iterative, agile fashion across a nine-month period.
Each of the separate nine phases of the project included a period of playing back the changes to HWCC and gathering and completing any additional fixes and changes pointed out in the sessions.
Their existing integration to their finance system (Exchequer), eCert certification system and website integration, was also upgraded to compliment the new Dynamic 365 system.

What Was Delivered
When HWCC and FormusPro first started working together, they were using Dynamics CRM 2011, storing everything on a server, on-premises.
This obviously made extending the system to improve operational efficiency, or benefit from new, cloud-based technologies, difficult.
That’s why a full upgrade of their systems, and all their stored data, was needed.
After consulting with all stakeholders, FormusPro migrated HWCC’s internal systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the cloud, including all of the existing, bespoke integrations they were using, such as the one from their website to their finance system.
To better future proof the organization, all of that data is now stored within Microsoft’s Dataverse platform… meaning all of their day-to-day operations are much more streamlined, and any new system enhancements can be performed with the greatest of ease.
