TL;DR

The International Institute for Active Ageing have worked with FormusPro for nearly two years now, and after completely replacing their finance system with Dynamics 365 Business Central, they asked us to extend the project to also include all of their warehousing and other ERP activities.

Integration of a B2C SAS system, using a resilient and scalable design.

Integration of a bespoke and feature rich B2B portal, despite tight coupling with the previous ERP system.

Provision of ongoing support for a large, legacy codebase and ecosystem.

The Institute of Advanced Aging (IIAA) have been trading for over thirty years now, with numerous “planet-positive” skin health brands to their name. Their mission is to transform how people feel in their own skin as they age through science, innovation and knowledge, with sustainable beauty products and practices… all around the globe. Aside from skincare, the International Institute for Active Ageing also look at people’s overall health as they age, making people look and feel great on the inside and out by encouraging people to embrace who they are, whatever their age. That positive mindset also extends to the environment, with a strong focus on sustainable solutions for all their products, packaging and processes. They’ll only invest in scientifically proven innovations and technological advancements that are guaranteed to deliver long-term benefits for future generations.

What Was Delivered

After completing a finance system installation with FormusPro, the International Institute for Active Ageing wanted to expand the project to include their warehouse and ERP operations.

This required comprehensive integration of multiple systems responsible for receiving B2B and B2C orders. Those systems also included a popular SAS platform for receiving B2C orders across multiple brands, and an entirely bespoke B2B portal with rich commerce functionality including promotions and multi-currency support.
