FormusPro were contracted by a global, Teir one Microsoft Partner to contribute to a full ERP digital transformation program including Dynamics 365

TL;DR

This market leading NonProfit organization had a legacy finance and HR system based on out-of-date, complex, highly customized and poorly implemented package systems. Our architects oversaw and provided technical leadership to tier 1 partners delivery teams, to implement elements of this overall ERP.

Our first Solutions Architect was involved in integration design between different components of the overall ERP solution, including the main ERP system (Workday), the custom IT system in production, and the target payroll package (iTrent). In addition, they conducted a review of product data held around the business, conducted a feasibility study to centralize this and then oversaw the design to deliver this on Dynamics 365.

Our second Solutions Architect was involved in designing a volume recruitment solution, which included analysis of legacy citizen developer led products and spreadsheets, a design options run-off between a Dynamics 365 Solution and Workday Recruitment solution, the overall technical design of the Dynamics 365 Solution, a procurement exercise to go to market for a Dynamics 365 tier 1 delivery partner, and finally overseeing the implementation team from this partner.

Integration Proof of Concepts between Workday, iTrent and bespoke IT systems.

- Existing Products data across the business
- Existing Volume and Specialized Recruitment systems and manual processes
- Existing ID and background check system
Feasibility study on implementing the examination products catalogue in Dynamics 365 for other platforms to consume via integrations.
Technical designs for:
- Workday <-> iTrent payroll/HR integrations
- Mastering Products catalogue solution in Dynamics 365
- Building Volume recruitment solution in Dynamics 365
- Building Specialised recruitment solution in Dynamics 365
- Building ID and background check solution in Dynamics 365
Solution Architecture guidance on implementing all Dynamics 365 solutions for internal organization teams and selected tier 1 offshore delivery resource teams.
