What Was Delivered
When FormusPro first started working with Mortimer Childe, their objectives were to create a more holistic, user-friendly system that would move their customers through the on-boarding process and into a central HR / employee management system.
The new solution needed to let Mortimer Childe staff easily manage all aspects of their contractors’ assignments; structure, organize and report on key data and information, replace outdated spreadsheet processes and move them towards a single version of the truth.
To achieve this, FormusPro implemented Dynamics 365 Sales to manage the entire sales / on-boarding pipeline, including placements and their contractor workforce.
A lot of automation was put in place around regular, key communications to ensure staff could be moved from repetitive, manual tasks to more business-critical ones.
Finally, more automated and controlled processes were put in place around data collection to cut down on human error.
