First of all, if you’ve just started using D365 Customer Engagement (either because your company have just implemented it or you’ve started working somewhere that has it) … then, welcome to the community! It’s weird how this simple step will ensure that your workspace feels tailored to you and your workflows… making navigation a doddle.
    • Explore The Basics: Before diving into any projects, take a moment to familiarise yourself with the basics of D365 CE. Understand how to navigate through menus, views, access records and make use of the search functionality. These are the skills that will serve as the building blocks for your mastery of CE so don’t rush them!
    • Personalise Your Experience: D365 CE isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution so make sure you take a deep-dive into the personalisation options available.
