Microsoft have just announced that their new user experience (UX) for Field Service Mobile has gone into general availability.
Their stated goal for the new UX was to deliver a more modern, intuitive experience for frontline workers using Field Service Mobile.
The number of clicks required by technicians to accomplish in app tasks has been reduced, as well as step-by step instructions for troubleshooting, should it be needed. It goes without saying that new Copilot capabilities have been added that will allow users to prep for document work much more easily through something called Copilot Work Order Summarise and Update.
