Twice every year, Microsoft do a release wave. Once in April and again in September. These release waves outline the timelines and additional enhancements that they’ll be adding to each solution. From Copilot to further integrations, these updates are designed to keep you as a front runner in the market.
Years ago, people stuck with spreadsheets and manual processes and didn’t join the technological advances early enough and then began to regret it. These updates are designed to ensure that no one gets left behind. Some of the features you’ll use naturally, however some may take some adoption to leverage the full power of the toolset.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources is a HR solution designed to streamline administrative tasks, improve employee experience and align with the wider organizational goals. Through enhancing the core modules that makes up D365 HR, Microsoft are moving the bounds of possible by optimizing HR resource operations and integrating Copilot and AI innovation into the mix to bring the solution forward and meet the current challenges in the market.
This release wave is broken down in to two sections, Copilot & optimizing your HR operations.
Copilot In D365 HR
It’s time (or it will be in June and September for general release) to introduce Copilot into your day to day operation with Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
In June you can begin to explore the possible scenarios in which you can leverage Copilot in your recruiting efforts with job description generation and a brand new interview assistant where you can provide progenerated interview questions based on the role & experience of the candidate.
Then in September you’ll be able to simplify your onboarding process for new hires, streamline the onboarding process and boost candidate screening all using the advanced functionality that Copilot can provide.
The opportunity to integrate Copilot into Human Resource is Huge! AI is becoming more widely used very minute, so to ensure you don’t get left behind, become an early adopter.
Optimize Human Resources Operations
You will be able to optimize your HR operations by creating interview process templates, create talent pools and read candidate profile information from linked in with the new update coming in June title ‘use recruiting for service-centric organizations’, afterall who doesn’t love saving time?
In September we’ll see the Microsoft Entra ID integration and further integration become available with VIVA Connections, making your working day smoother, more efficient and reducing the possibility of duplicate work.
