FormusPro was one of two partners to contribute to a full ERP digital transformation program including Dynamics 365.

This market leading NonProfit organisation had a legacy finance and HR system based on out-of-date, complex, highly customised and poorly implemented package systems.

The executive team were keen to move to a modern ERP solution but needed to manage the implementation very carefully as the organisation was already in the process of implementing a very large-scale bespoke IT system for its core operations.

FormusPro provided two architect resources to join this team, led by a partner organisations and their digital transformation consultancy team.

Our architects contributed to the Strategy and Planning stage, conducting options analysis and technical proof of concepts, culminating in an assessment of the implementation options.

This provided the impetus to set up an ERP transformation programme to shortlist, select and deliver an integrated off-the-shelf cloud-based package solution.

Our architects then oversaw and provided technical leadership to the partners delivery teams, to implement elements of this overall ERP

What Was Delivered

FormusPro delivered over 18 months of Solution Architecture consultancy from both of our deployed Architects, across multiple stages of the digital transformation. We delivered:

Integration Proof of Concepts between Workday, iTrent and bespoke IT systems.
Detailed reviews of:
- Existing Products data across the business
- Existing Volume and Specialised Recruitment systems and manual processes
- Existing ID and background check system
Feasibility study on implementing the examination products catalogue in Dynamics 365 for other platforms to consume via integrations.
Technical designs for:
- Workday <-> iTrent payroll/HR integrations
- Mastering Products catalogue solution in Dynamics 365
- Building Volume recruitment solution in Dynamics 365
- Building Specialised recruitment solution in Dynamics 365
- Building ID and background check solution in Dynamics 365
Solution Architecture guidance on implementing all Dynamics 365 solutions for internal organisation teams and selected tier 1 offshore delivery resource teams.
