Microsoft Announce Two New Key Appointments To The UK

Microsoft UK announces two key appointments, welcoming Matt Hendra as General Manager of the Customer Success Unit and Amanda Sleight as General Manager for the Public Sector, both starting on 1st January 2025.

Microsoft UK have just announced to key appointments to their team, Matt Hendra as General Manager of its UK Customer Success Unit and Amanda Sleight, as its new General Manager for UK Public Sector.

Both will start their new roles as of 01st January 2025.

 

Matt is joining the UK team from Asia, where he was a member of the ASEAN Leadership Team.

The Customer Success Unit plays a huge role for UK organisations, ensuring thy achieve success in partnership with Microsoft, with advice on the most effective use of tech, from migrating data to Azure Cloud, to enhancing productivity with Microsoft Copilot.

Amanda is joining Microsoft from AWS’s Commercial Services team, with over 25 years leading tech organisations in SAP and AWS.

This move is a welcome return to Microsoft, where Amanda has spent over 17 years in a variety of roles.

Microsoft research recently released data that shows Public Sector employees could save as much as 23 million hours per week through the automation of manual, repetitive tasks. Something Amanda is very keen to help with.
