A Word on Microsoft's Social Engagement (MSE)
MSE is another good tool for digital markers but although there is some overlap, it does appear they have their own, quite different uses.
Where MSE looks to be highly focused on social analytics and collection of data, CSE takes it one further and integrates this data to support outbound marketing.
