The solution provides end-to-end tracking from lead through to signed contract, including lead and opportunity management across the full pipeline, quote generation aligned to existing workflows, and seamless e-signature integration via BoldSign.

Documents are now centrally managed through SharePoint, improving accessibility whilst reducing reliance on Dynamics storage. Automated workflows help standardise processes and reduce manual effort, whilst reporting dashboards provide real-time visibility into sales performance and actual versus estimated revenue.
