All changes to the system are now being made using the Power Portals Page, connected to the contact record, with self-service passwords. We continue to develop more modules for the system as the strategic partner for their Dynamics estate.

What Was Delivered
Peers are now held as contacts within the system, with their data sitting directly on the contact, extending to positions records, qualification records and skills. All changes can still be accepted or rejected by LGA’s manual engagement team. As such all changes sit in a temporary table that can be reviewed and compared to previous values before confirming the overwrite.
