The Little Princess Trust (LPT)

The Little Princess Trust (LPT) identified the need for digital transformation, which would take the form of a system encompassing almost all areas of the organisation. Fundraising

Fundraising provides a semi-automated method of thanking donors, managing donations, third party service integration (e.g. Just Giving and Facebook), and grant management functionality.

Wig Referral sees the system tracking the donated hair, organisation of the hair, the transportation of the hair for transformation into wigs, styling of the wigs at vetted salons around the UK, as well as communication with the intended recipients.

Company Information

Little Princess Trust is a Not for Profit with the vision of “giving hair and hope to every young person with cancer, until there’s no longer a need for what we do.” This vision sees them offering every child and young person experiencing hair loss due to cancer treatment or other conditions a free, real hair wig. They are also committed to funding essential research which aims to deliver more effective and kinder treatments for all cancers affecting children and young people.

What Was Delivered

A fully integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 system was designed with everything from donations through to the recipient. With semi-automated communications to contact the donors after the fact, managing donations and integrations, ensuring LPT are able to save time, resources and money.
